Vitas USA has tipped us off that fans are currently in the throes of the annual celebration of Vitas’s upcoming birthday (February 19th).

Each year his loyal fans collect birthday wishes and post them on a designated web page. For the second year this includes English-speaking fans as well!

If you’d like to participate, create your birthday tribute in any format (simple messages, poems, videos, artwork, etc.) and e-mail it to smile@vitas.com.ru by 2/10. For those who want their messages displayed on the English page, e-mail your contributions to vitasfan@vitasusa.com.

Here it is, ladies and gentlemen, hot off the presses! A special preview of the U.S. TV commercial for Vitas’s CD/DVD coming to a TV near you. This is the exclusive premiere of this wonderful commercial; it will be great exposure for Vitas to the U.S. audience. Spread the word!

Exciting news for U.S. fans! A new Vitas television commercial will be launched on February 6th, advertising his CD/DVD and further exposing him to the United States!

The commercial will air on 100 channels, including Oxygen and The Lifestyle Channel. Look for it in the Atlanta, GA area.

Chinese Google has tallied their #1 search terms for 2007, and Vitas topped the charts for “Western Celebrities” for the year!

That means he was Googled more times than people like Britney Spears and Paris Hilton!
